| Description of the processes while purchasing the goods and services offered by Merchant | Processes of money transfer: By filling in the online enrolment form you can select the date that best suits you. In order to secure your place on the course, it is inevitable to transfer the deposit fee or the full course fee. Choosing to pay the other categories is optional. If you require accommodation arrangement as well, the total payable amount will appear. If you accept the amount by clicking the PAY button, you will get to the bank’s secure website where you can make your payment. |

| Terms and conditions that apply when cancelling an order: | The course deposit fee can only be reclaimed if the Via Lingua Budapest Centre cannot run the course due to insufficient number of applicants. In such vis major cases the applicant can transfer the application to a different date or a different location within a period of 15 days. After this deadline there is no way to claim the course deposit fee back. For further details see the Terms and Conditions. |
| Rules and regulations for making a complaint on the cardholder’s side, ways of compensation | In certain justifiable circumstances the transferred amount can be transferred back to the customer’ bank account in accordance with the following process: The cardholder will make a claim in writing at the director of Via Lingua Budapest (Tudomany Nyelviskola), enumerating the facts that make him/her unable to attend the course. It is at the discretion of the director to make a decision about the amount to be refunded in accordance with the rules and regulations of cancelling an order (see Terms and Conditions) In the letter of request the cardholder must give all the details regarding the order (buyer, merchant, transfer number), which specify the transaction and make it possible to identify the transfer. Then the course director will forward the request with all the details to the contact person of Tudomány Nyelviskola, who will take the necessary steps. |

| Information on data protection and on storing data | Personal data (such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone or fax number, card holder, credit card and transaction) shall be processed by the Bank, and will be handled confidentially. It will become the Bank’s property and the Bank will not provide it for a third party for any purposes without the preliminary written consent of the card holder. Under the suspicion of illegal use, the signature of the receiver can be examined, but the cardholder has to make a complaint in every case towards the Bank. |
